2024 - 2025 Registration for Kindergarten to Grade 9

ONLINE Registration for the 2024-2025 school year for Bluffton school is now open.

Parents/Legal Guardians can complete these forms and upload documentation on any device (iPhone, iPad, laptop, Chromebook or computer).

If you require assistance with the Online Registration process please come to the school office any school day, between 9:00 am-12 noon and 1:00 pm-3:00 pm., and there will be a computer for you to complete the necessary documentation. Please note that you require an email address to complete the online registration process.

Please Note: A copy of your child's original birth certificate, as proof of birth date/citizenship and any other pertinent legal documentation, such as (if applicable) citizenship/immigration papers, custody or guardianship orders, MUST accompany registration. Students are not considered registered until all documentation has been received/uploaded with your child’s registration form.

Age Requirement: Kindergarten Student must be 5 years of age by December 31, 2024 (Wolf Creek Public Schools Policy #300).

Rural School Bus students registration

Rural School Bus Students - If you are unsure of which school your child should be attending please contact WCPS Transportation Services Department.

Students who live in the country and are new to rural busing OR have moved to a new rural location are required to register for transportation.

All rural kindergarten students must be registered to ride the bus.

Busing

Alberta Education requires an annual Student Registration or Demographic Update Form, for every student, signed by the Parent or Legal Guardian to verify that the student qualifies for Provincial or National Education funding. The Demographic Update form serves as an annual registration form for all returning WCPS K-12 students.

On August 31/Sept 1, you will receive an email to the email address attached to your Parent Portal account. If you don’t have a Parent Portal account, please contact your child's school office. Follow the directions in the email to complete a 2022-2023 Demographic Update form for each PreK-12 student you have in a Wolf Creek school. If you did not receive an email asking you to update your child's student profile, please check your spam/junk folder. Using a phone or tablet to complete these forms may cause issues for some users. We recommend using a desktop, laptop or Chromebook. If you are having issues submitting the form, accessing your Parent Portal account or require access to a device to complete this form, please contact your child’s school office. Online Student Demographic Update forms are due Sept 15, 2022.
